What is C.A.R.E .? C.A.R.E. is an award program designed to recognize TASD staff members for exemplary performance in any one or more of the following areas:
C ommitment to quality service ● A ttitude is always positive ● R espect for all ● E xcellent work ethics
How does C.A.R.E. work?
· Anyone can nominate another staff member at any time for any reasons listed above.
· An individual can be nominated as often as necessary within each month.
·
C.A.R.E. nominees will receive a certificate of appreciation and will be listed in the CARE Nominee List on the website.
· One C.A.R.E. nominee will be selected as Employee of the Month. This individual will receive $100 sponsored by Wells Fargo, movie passes courtesy of National Cinemedia, and an Employee of the Month plaque donated by Roger's Trophy. The C.A.R.E. Employee of the Month will also have his/her picture on the C.A.R.E. webpage.
